CALIFORNIA LABOR LAW CHANGES

Looking for resources to the California labor law changes for 2006. Our normal source (CCOC) will not have the materials to us until mid-late January.

I have concerns about labor changes that take place January 1, 2006.

Any ideas?

Usually when new laws are enacted there is an effective date in the following year and sufficient notice is psted on various sites. If there are new laws begining January 1, 2006, you probalby received word of them over the past few months.

You could try the California Chamber of Commerce website.
