Hello,

I’m currently pursuing my Master’s degree at Milano The New School for Management and Urban Studies. As part of my last semester of graduate school, I have developed a survey to collect information for my final research paper. The topic of this research paper is about assessing skills inventory within departments/teams, from the perspective of managers who have experience supervising and hiring employees. I’m reaching out to you in hopes you will be able to take my survey; it is anonymous and will be used for educational purposes only.
