We are a deadline driven firm. Right now, unfortunately during the holidays, we probably have half a dozen major deadlines occuring. We have several departments working 50+ hours. One manager recently asked their department to create a schedule of extra hours they worked. Two employees did such that, one hasn't met their committment, the other has (too a point). Now, the jobs are still getting done, however, they aren't sticking too what the committed too. What would you do from a performance standpoint if any? So basically, the end result is there, but the committment and process is not. |

You are a deadline driven company and your deadlines are being met right? If so then let it go its not worth the battle over good intentions.
