I'm in need of some benchmark data for cost-per-hire. Specifically, I'm looking to compare internal hiring costs vs. costs when hiring function is outsourced. Any studies that provide estimates for:
- Average cost to hire internally by occupation type. - Average cost to hire when outsourcing this process to placement/recruiting agency. - Average soft cost to support an employee, such as retention costs, HR service costs, employee development costs, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!! |
