Newsletters, Company Communications
Discuss workforce management, performance management, retention, communication, motivation, contributing to business results and other topics.
I am in charge of creating quarterly newsletters. Does anyone have any good ideas as to what information should be communicated in it? Or what has been done at other companies?

We communicate: employee birthdays; work anniversaries; new hires, transfers, and promotions; information about the company's new projects, volunteer activities, or employee events; health and financial tips; upcomings benefits enrollment information; training and auditing schedule, etc.

We include the same things, plus company press releases that employees might be interested in and letters of appreciation from customers.
We also profile an employee each month.

we provide a daily email to all employees and it has proven to be very effective.
It includes birthdays, anniversaries, new hires, transitions from the company, and various corporate priorities from time to time.
It has turned into a 5 minute process that occurs each morning.
