Hello, all - I am a new member here and I hope this is the right forum for my question. Among other things, I head HR for a boutique PR firm and although we have solid policies, procedures and employee handbooks in place, my biggest challenge has been performance reviews. I have teams of junior level (1-2 years experience) Account Coordinators, mid level (3-5 years experience) Account Managers and senior level (7+ years experience) Directors and Vice Presidents, including myself. Can anyone recommend a source or a tool (and I, unfortunately, don't have a major budget for this) where I can develop performance reviews for each of the above? It must include score calculations, etc. that would help us determine what sort of a raise an average to superb performance would win. If any of the members of the forum have already worked on reviews and are willing to consult us on this for a small fee, I can perhaps accomodate that. Thank you.

I've had good luck modifying the forms from MIT HR's Performance Development.
