Yes, I would love to outsource even more jobs to people with Indian accents who live in India but have names like Sam, Frank and Anne. Oh you need to make sure that they can barely speak English so that the customer has to make them repeat everything they say at least 5 times....

That will save me and my company a gazillion manhours and we can pay them piddly squat so that more money can line our pockets.
