How do these employees get other business/work communications? Do you email them? Do you post them on an employee/business website?
While we don't have telecommuters, you have made me think outside the box and I am seriously considering posting these on our internal company intranet where I would post other HR/payroll/policies....along with them being posted at the location. Both are places employees would look for needed employment information. |

That's a good point rrupert and op. I have thought of lots of perspectives about working at home, but had never considered the required posters.
An electronic copy should work, but proving the employee had access and read it might take another step or two. Perhaps a live signature? Perhaps the old agree and accept option like you get when you are using software for the first time? Got to make sure that gets in the personnel file for proof. Just thinking out loud (sort of). |

Thank you for your responses. The electronic/intranet versions are being used by the organization.Very often these are the types of things we overlook (at least I do)that can come back to bite you!! Again, your input is/was appreciated. |
