Thanks for the great input, I appreciate it.

What I was trying to say was employees in professional organizations and the tasks they do, such as "analytical work" would have these efficiencies embedded in the time spent on the task while say processors wouldn't have that time embedded because they would have to finish the task first then do the surfing, emailing, etc.

I would like to hear your opinion and if anyone has any experience in this topic and how they handled it.....thanks again
