My company has requested that I start the research on Performance Evaluation policies. Is there anyone out there who either has one they can share, or knows where I can obtain a sample policy on this topic.

I think you need to go deeper than just asking for some policies. Do some research on performance evaluation first - there's a lot of different systems out there that are designed to meet specific types of workforces, types of goal setting, measurement, employee relations climate, etc. There are a lot of "whats" that you need to define first before you go into the "hows".

You should begin with an assessment of the purpose of doing p.a.swhat do you want to accomplish? How will they fit with your other systems? What business need will be supported? Answer these questions and it will be clear what kind of p.a. system you need.
