Quick EEO-1 question
Discuss employment-law issues such as family leave, overtime, disabilities law, harassment, immigration and termination.
As I recall, only employers with federal contracts are required to keep/file EEO-1 forms. Is this correct? Are private employers without federal contracts required to keep such forms? Thanks.

There could be obligations under state law and for those who have contracts with contractors which have contracts with the government. Thus, the quick answer to your query is, "not always."
