The first "should do" is schedule an appointment with your company's attorney, to see if he/she feels you "should do" this at all. As a "company-sponsored" benefit, there may be more liabilities than benefits.

Massueses...say, as a man I'd want one to come and give me a massage if I worked for your company. You are going to have masseurs for men and masseuses for women, or will the employees have their choice?...mmm....I like your company's liberal benefits program!!! of course, to make it easy, if I became an employee, could I get down to my skivvies or is total nudity do-able. perhaps, we can have co-ed massages, durng meetings...accomplish several goals with that, don't you agree? Certainly, a massage through my suit, shirt and tie, isn't effective. Of course, I'd need to have a shower or something to wash off the linamint, but we can work that out once I get there. Looking forward to being with your company soon.

I, also, want to work for your company.
As you can tell from the prior responses, there are some pretty significant issues regarding this kind of benefit program. Sexual harassment allegations, sexual discrimination issues, workers compensation issues, and so on.
To help employees relieve stress, it might be wiser to simply have your company join a health club (where all employees can work out or whatever) or subsidize every employee who joins a health club. That way, the activity itself takes place on the employee's own time, away from the office, at his or her own pace. Far safer. Probably more valuable to the employees as well.
As an aside, I believe that my favorite employer on the planet, Ben & Jerry's Homemade Inc., still provides a free health club membership for all its employees. I remember a job advertisement for this company in a New Hampshire newspaper several years ago. It went something like this:
"PLANT MANAGER. Competitive salary and challenging job opportunity available for the right candidate. We offer a pension and profit sharing plan, company-matching 401(k), liberal vacation and sick leave benefits, free health club membership and THREE FREE PINTS OF ICE CREAM EACH DAY!"
(That's why they gave the health club membership!)
(Where do I send my resume! Do they need a General Counsel? Do they need an assistant general counsel? Do they need a guy who packs ice cream who has a JD degree admitted to practice in three states?)

A company I worked for had an outside company bring in people to do massages in those chairs that they use for back massages several years ago. These were 15 minute massages which involved only the back and neck, and the employees paid $10 for the time. We did this for more than a year with no negative repercussions. (except when the masseuse failed to show once)
