I'm developing a sexual harassment training program for my company and I'm trying to find some additional information. Specifically:

1. What is Pennsylvania's law regarding sexual harassment and where can I find a copy of it?

2. Does PA use the "reasonable woman" or "reasonable person" standard?

3. Does PA law state that a manager can be held indiviually liable for sexual harassment?

4. How many instances of sexual harassment were reported for 1998 nationall? In PA?

5. How much did companies have to pay in damages for sexual harassment suits nationally and in PA in 1998?

Thanks in advance.

Ellen

Take a look at a publication of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute ("PBI") called "Practice Before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commision." PBI has a website: http://www.pbi.org. A visit there should get you started.
