Are there any specific legal requirement with respect to the electronic communication of employee benefits that would differ (anywhere in Canada or the US) from traditional hardcopy dissemination.

I have been to most of the major HR website and have found very little (other than the recent DOL proposed regulations). If anyone knows of artciles that have been posted with repsect to this issue, I would appreciate hearing from you at tstuder@petro-canada.ca
