I was fired, I had a contract, the contractor claims it was an at will contract, they admit that I was reporting safety violations, they admit there were safety violations, they admit I was an great subcontractor up until I started pushing hard about safety, they admit to receiving my fall protection plan, they admit to receiving my controled access plan, they admit to the area that was my CAZ was violated.
So what else do I have to prove?
