When you have an applicant tracking system for AAP purposes, how to you handle manual resume submissions?

You try not to have any manual resume submissions. Lots of companies have gone to an electronic only submission process.

Yes - but there are always exceptions, how do you handle those?

I haven't had a problem with exceptions. All resumes have to go through the website/ATS
