Have any of had the pleasure of working for a boss who refuses to give you the time of day, walks off when you are trying to talk to her, or better yet, tell her your father-in-law just died, that you need the next couple of days off and her response is "oh, that's too bad, but I was planning on having a staff meeting tomorrow." I am at my wit's end.

Any suggestions? Does this fall under hostile environment?

Thanks
Lynn

Honestly, it is just sounds like she is a jerk. Not much you can do but look around for another job.
