See the following website for all your questions:http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis. To answer your questions specifically it is only on new contracts and the contracts must contain the e-verify clause. You must e-verify employees working on the specific contract and new hires after the contract date. Up to you whether or not you want to e-verify your entire workforce. |
