The FBI is coming Friday to do a reference on an individual we recently terminated. (He is applying for a job with them and must have been in the process before we termed him.)

They also want a copy of his review, which is not good.

Do we have an obligation to provide the review? Is there a limit to what we should or not say about him?

Did he sign the review? If so then he is aware of it and i'd give it to the FBI.

If you termed him why would you want him working for the FBI?

I would follow the company's standard operating procedures--what the standard policy on providing this information to any prospective employer??
