We will be doing business in several states that do not have a primary job site. The employees will work from their homes and travel to customers' homes. What is the recommended means of providing the postings to these employees? Can I email or mail the postings to the individual employees? This will be the first time we have not had a facility.

We will be using a facility that a vendor will be opening up in order to do business with us. Our employees will go there to begin their work day. Would it be acceptable to have them hang the posters in a spot designated for our company?

Hanging the posters at the shared facility is fine, however, if you want the government POBs to be sure that the employees actually saw the posters, emailing them to the employees with a return receipt attached is probably the next best thing to handing the posters to the employees in person.
