we use this for equity reviews --- counting related experience. We basically count months and years - equivalented to reg FT ( meaning 2 months half time = 1 month FT). I have a document I developed a decade or so ago and it is still in use. If you would like a copy drop me an email: kyjitterbug@yahoo.com and I will send it to you. Granted it takes a little time - usually only because people do such a poor job on resumes --- and doing this DOES allow you to readily identify GAPS in employment you may need to be aware or. A skilled person can usually work up on in a matter of minutes ( without having to count on their fingers) |
