I have a male staff whose wife recently gave birth and wants to take CFRA but not all at once. Question is - Can he get Paid Family Leave Insurance Benefits for six weeks if his wife is gettign either

Paid Family Leave - Fathers

I have a male staff whose wife recently gave birth and wants to take CFRA but not all at once. Question is - Can he get Paid Family Leave Insurance Benefits for six weeks if his wife is gettign either disability or PFL at teh same time? they do not work in teh same company by the way. and also can he take 8 days for the first week to qualify for PFL and take a week or so intermittently afterwards. any help appreciate thank you:)
