We are a small business and have an online timesheet system. Copies of the timesheets are sent to various people (Program Manager, contracts, HR) to do their thing. Is it necessary for anyone to keep

Keeping Timesheets

We are a small business and have an online timesheet system. Copies of the timesheets are sent to various people (Program Manager, contracts, HR) to do their thing. Is it necessary for anyone to keep paper copies of the timesheets since we have them in the system?
