You probably don't need this information any more, but working for a large training provider in northern California, we have seen a downturn in the number of student enrollments. Not significant by itself, but our sister campuses across the state have also seen drop-offs in the number of enrollments. While the training budget is usually one of the first things cut during slow periods, a progressive company recognizes and takes advantage of the opportunity to "ramp up" staff and get them ready for when things start to heat up again! |
