I am trying to hire a paint manager for our manufacturing operation (heavy). But I am having the hardest time. Does any one know where to run ad for such position? I'll appreciate any help you can giv

I am trying to hire a paint manager for our manufacturing operation (heavy). But I am having the hardest time. Does any one know where to run ad for such position? I'll appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.

We just hired that same position. Our Personnel Office ran the ad in the paper - No good for a position like this. Our Plant Manager ran some on-line ads and found our guy that way. I don't know, however, what site he posted on. I'd have to talk to him next week about that. But the person we hired came from Notre Dame with a PhD. We are pretty impressed with him. Of course, with internet posting there can be some relocation issues to deal with. We were lucky not to have them.
