I am an independent researcher for executive recruitment. I work for both executive recruiting firms and hiring organizations within most industries.
How do I get to the people who could use my assistance? Faxes just end up getting tossed in the wastebasket. Telephoning often gets you to the receptionist who takes a message or won't put you through. Any suggestions on how I can genuinely provide a service to these individuals that would be wanted and needed. I am well trained experienced, executive researcher. Thanks for your suggestions.

There is probably a professional organization of executive recruiting agencies within your state, where many search firms get information on seminars, literature, training material, etc. for their profession. I would contact this organization to find out when their next meeting will be. Sign up for the meeting, and I'm sure you will meet many of the people who can use your services.

Well you have said that you are trained and experienced but probably these tricks might still work for you.
Clients & Companies :
1. Jack the recruiting manager visits
XYZ pub, often seen around the country side golf club,member of KLM society. You may have to build rapport with him in one such forums as Jack like all other recruiting managers is regularly hounded by faxes, telephone calls & unwanted letters .
2. Learn the art of sending letters faxes which carry the attention of an individual immediately. Some examplees could be:
1."ONE-CANDIDATE "
2. FORTUNE 500 COMPANIES ONLY.
3. REFERENCE AT NO COST .
Candiates :
1. A brief background of your clientale.
2. Your Networking skills.
3. References by others about your credentials.
