I have a spreadsheet model that you can use to benchmark your internal costs which you could then gauge against costs quoted by agencies. Email me at: tstevens@adecco.com.au and I will forward it to you.....

For the DC area I belong to an association in IT the avg cost is $8000. My firm is on the average of $3400
