Which high tech companies are offering stock options and how many as a sign on bonus and/or later? I am especially interested in Ph.D. and Masters computer science and EE hires

I am with a high tech firm - we have not moved to staock options. We do use sign on bonuses on a limited basis. In addition we pay the bonus over time. We currently researching alternatives. We require degrees but special incentives related to technical experience.
