I'm an Account Executive with AMG,a recruitment advertising agency. I'd be very grateful for any input on the following issues:

1. What is most important to you when selecting a recruitment ad agency?

2. What is the best way for a recruitment advertisng agency to approach you for your business?

3. Why did you fire a previous agency?

Thank you for your help.

1. Someone who understands our company and is willing to take the time to build a relationship. Someone who will let you know about new things when they come up, if they truly think it would benefit your company (job fair, something new on line, etc.)
2. Call with a brief introduction, send info, don't be pushy - however, follow up.
3. Service was not "personalized" enough, they didn't go the extra mile, or even seem to care if we used their services or not.
Hope this helps!
