I am in the process of developing a staffing organization. I am desiring to hear how others handle the "back office" particularly, as it relates to fees paid for The payrolling function.

I did a lot of research on this last summer and found that it is cost beneficial to have an outside organization process your payroll until your sales are $5,000,000+. Be very careful about the organization you link up with, though. Do your research. There is a big difference between companies who process your payroll and those who finance your payroll.
