Time to Fill
Exchange ideas about sourcing, screening, interviewing, finding passive candidates, measuring your results, and more.
I need some benchmarks on average time to fill jobs, on average or by job category. Can anyone steer me to a source?

The best information I have seen can be found in Saratogo Institute's HR Benchmarking data base.

Depends on how good the recruting firm is and on how abundant applicants are for the position you want to fill. Also if your company doesn't have the correct compensation levels for the job you are trying to fill the time could be graetly increased. That is the good think about using recruiter, we know the going rates for different jobs in our geographical locations.
