I'm a HR Masters candidate at Oxford... I'm doing my dissertation on the recruitment and retention of knowledge workers in high technology (computers, biotech, pharmaceuticals, etc.) as seen from HR managers' perspectives. Does anyone have any opinions/ experience to offer regarding what your firm is doing to recruit and retain top knowledge workers? Any amount of input you are willing to provide via this forum would be appreciated! Or, if you're interested in being interviewed on the subject (length to be determined by you), or know someone who may be, please e-mail me at: lisa.whelan@sbs.ox.ac.uk. Thanks for your help! |
