Finding Qualified Executive Directors

The Louisville, Kentucky Workforce Investment Board is currently accepting applications for Executive Director. We are trying to broaden our search and are looking for new avenues in which to take our search. I am looking for any assistance that anyone is willing to provide me as to where and how to locate more qualified candidates other than in our immediate area?

Have you heard of ExecutiveAlert.com? A friend who is recruiter told me they were using it to recruit top executives (not sure if they have directors but you could check into it) www.executivealert.com
