Are you a PROFESSIONAL Compensation Analyst looking to diversify your background? We have opportunities available in TX, FL, CA, and NY!


Key Role: Perform compensation analysis in a highly progressive environment. Compensation professional able to perform diversified activities relevant to consolidating exempt and non-exempt job descriptions and salary grades across the sector. Requires the ability to interface with management and the Customer Service Rep's within the sector as well as other company elements. Knowledge of slotting employees into new job description and market levels. Assist Compensation Reps with final validation of slotting and leveling within the organizations. Ability to interface with the Human Resources Information Systems group regarding systems implementation of job codes and job description to be placed on the internet. Must have working knowledge of computer systems.

Qualifications:
· Knowledge of a broad range of compensation practices and ACA principles
· Experience with competitive benchmarking and internal equity analysis
· Practical statistical and data manipulation skills with extracting data from PeopleSoft
· Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently
· Four (4) years Compensation experience, BS or BA or equivalent years of experience.
Four (4) positions are available in Dallas, TX.
One (1) position in Bethpage, NY
One (1) position in Melbourne, FL.
One (1) position in El Segundo, CA.

Rate: Will be established based on years of experience. If candidate has a certain required rate, please indicate on the resume.

Duration of Project assignment: ASAP thru 12/22/00

Hours: 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
