We made some major changes to our employment function 1 year ago. I beleive it has accomplished what we were seeking. But, I want to get input from the hiring managers, directors, etc. I am having a difficult time coming up with relevant questions. Anyone like to throw out a few ideas.

One of the questions I have is "Would you say that the average amount of time to fill a position is adequate"?
We currently are averaging 25 days to fill a position. They then rate the question from 1=poor to 5=excellent.
I would appreciate any suggestions.
Thank you.
