Dir, Multimedia Services - Going Pay Rate in SoCal?

Our company, located in Orange County California, is planning to hire our first E-Commerce-related position. We're an in-flight entertainment company which designs audio and video systems for the airlines. All our usual survey sources don't address our current need. The person would prepare business plans, define content service providers; establish & maintain 3rd party content providers relationships; oversee on-going operation and delivery of content services to airlines; and oversee development of new customer services applications.

Any help and/or pointers in the right direction would be helpful and most appreciated.
