We are a consulting firm. One of our clients would like to set up one of our employees for a few days a week at their office with a phone, desk, and office. Has anyone had this situation? Should they sign an agreement stipulating they can't offer a job to our employee without paying a severance fee? We are gunshy since this same client (very important to us), did this four years ago and hired away our best employee. We are little so it hurt alot.
