Does anyone have any experience with those services that promise to provide Microsoft (and/or Oracle and/or Cisco certified) technical professionals with proper visas from Russia, India etc.???

I have been approached by a company that says they can provide fully certified English speaking employees, arrange for and help with visa issues, and all I have to do is pay an hourly rate (rental) for a few years. When the H1 is finalized (or the permanent residency) they become my employees.

Sounds almost too good to be true.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

There is no such thing a free lunch.

You get what you pay for (and vice versa).
