Recruiting Public Relations professionals

I work for a healthcare communications agency that recently added public relations to its service offerings. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good recruiting firm that specializes in PR professionals (all levels). The gentleman who was hired to run the PR department is not from the US, so he doesn't have any recommendations. Thanks.

Find yourself a copy of the Kennedy Directory of Executive Recruiters - cost is about $50 and you can find it at most large bookstores. It's 1,000+ pages of retained and contingency recruiters with several indexes, including specialty. I'm quite sure you'll find what you're looking for.
