DeGarmo Group Goes Global with Web-enabled Staffing System The DeGarmo Group, Inc., based in Bloomington, IL, USA, has launched a web-enabled staffing system accessible to call centers around the globe. The new system, called the CCFIweb, is a valid and legally defensible preemployment test for reducing CSR turnover. Research conducted on the system indicates the potential to reduce employee turnover by as much as 45% within 6 months. Some of the advantages of the new web-based testing system include: ** reducing time demands for hiring managers by being virtually proctor-free ** operational use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week ** immediate feedback of results simply by accessing a secured website ** maintenance of applicant test data in a secured, on-line database ** the ability to be used simultaneously by hundreds of applicants ** client access to test data through a password-protected webpage ** reduced cost compared to the traditional paper-based version ** complete applicant testing within 20 minutes Client organizations are provided with a series of user names and passwords for multiple hiring managers to access the secured website. Once a CSR applicant completes the 20 minute test, their results are immediately available for review by the hiring manager. Clients can select among three different test report options, all of which include the critical "turnover risk rating" which is expressed as High Risk, Marginal Risk, or Low Risk. Per applicant testing fees range from $8 to $14 depending on the report option selected.
