We are trying to figure out the productivity ratio for Front Office Staff, Housekeeping Staff, and F&B Staff in order to determine the required number of staff for 356 rooms hotel with 9 outlets. Any idea will be appreciate it.

M. Amr Sadik...contact the American Hotel & Motel Association Informaton Center that is located in Washington DC. Them might have a industry ratio chart already completed that you would use (possibly by hotel segment). It is worth the try.
