In essence you would have to define the characteristics on an objective basis which comprise this element. Possibly a survey of people you trust who can give you some clear response. You might pose the question to yourself or others,e.g. "If you were watching a production of someone who you thought was being creative, what specific behaviors would they be exhibiting." I would also imagine that the creativity would have to be defined within context, i.e. someone who is being creative about directing is different than writing is diffrent than finance is different than costuming, etc. Good luck.
