I'm doing a set of articles and tools related to applicant tracking/applicant management software.
I'd like to interview you if you've gone through the process of deciding that you need to automate your recruiting process, then you put a list of possible vendors together, then chose one, etc. etc. I'd be interested in learning your experience...if you want to share, I'm at 714-751-1883, ext. 223. We are in the process of implementing our own system. We've been developing this over the past year and - done in an access database - will allow us to track seekers and applicants and their events at multiple sites, share information and produce reports.
