I work with telecommunications staffing where we may hire 30,000 people a year, all of whom require 2-3 of testing. We outsource this activity to a testing expert; however, we lose a number of potential hires because of the time it takes to complete the test cycle.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to how we might ensure that we retain good candidates during the process?
