I'd like to hear what people have to say, as well. These sites that offer profiler/screener experience are intriquing. But can they deliver?

I can't speak to Hire.com but I've used Hire Systems (which is now Brass Ring, which uses the Joboo marketing gimmic). I was quite pleased with the way Joboo works and it was very easy to access resumes, forward them via email and attach notes to the resumes after screening and recruiting activities. I didn't experience any lost resumes or lost information (that I knew of!) and my account manager was very helpful and quick to respond. The hardest part (which I've noticed in other postings as something other companies have experienced) is getting users to update the information as they should. It was a little bit better to just have interviewing managers put in a 'note' and I (as the administrator for the system) would then appropriately forward the applicant along in the tracking system. That was to be the interim solution until the managers used it to the fullest (aka, as they should use the system) but I stopped working at that company and I'm not sure if the company itself is now using the entire system to its full capacity.

FYI - you asked this question months ago, but looking through it I hope to assist.

I recently accepted a position with RecruitMax after I was searching for a software solution for our staffing company. After viewing all of the products, including hire.com and brass ring, I selected RecruitMax - and now work for them. If you're still interested in reviewing the differences, call me at (877) 394-5644.

Sincerely,

Curt Cavins
