I am the Recruitment Coordinator for a medium-sized chartered accountancy and business advisory firm. Currently, we are using 4 different software programs to house our HR data (i.e. benefits, payroll, recruitment, etc.). I am personally interested in finding software program to help manage the recruitment process, at a reasonable cost. If I could find a tool that manages the entire HR function, including recruitment, that would be even better. Our firm has offices throughout three provinces in Canada and we have approximately 800 team members. Does anyone have any ideas on a product that may work well for our type of organization? |
