I am an eRecruiter and am trying to get some direction on which search
engines are better for seeking European candidates, (for jobs abroad not
here in the US). Language is a factor, of course. Is it possible to do
candiate searches on the internet from the US for company positions abroad?

Please do not publish my identifying info. Thank you for whatever direction
you may give. Time is of the essence, however (when isn't it????).

I'm a Personnel Manager in the UK and I would recommend Monster.co.uk, jobsonline, stepstone and topjobsonthenet. Search on those UK sites and you might find candidates!

Or just try Monster.com as there are many people looking to work somewhere else.

Currently working from ireland on a Pan- European basis. The best choice is stepstone.com as they have a presence in most European countries. (Or Monster or indeed topjobsonthenet)

AOL has country specific sites in western and eastern europe. need to be subscribed to AOL however
