Do you have any suggestions or creative ideas on how to find and recruit for retail Store Managers? I am looking for several in the Silicon Valley area. Where should I focus my search? Your helpful ideas and knowlege are greatly appreciated!

Circuit City does a very good job of training, as well as McDonald's and Target Stores. Macy's has quite a bit of fall out, but occasionally you will find a good person here or there.

Internet wise, try Monster.com, Headhunter.com or HotJobs.com.

Would you recommend cold calling the stores and asking to speak with the store manager or going into the stores? Also, any suggestions on the script you would use? Thanks so much for your help.
