Agency in Hong Kong/Pac-Rim?

Hi, We have a Finance Manager position open in Hong Kong, and a Sales position open in Singapore. Recruiting efforts on the internet have yielded lots of domestic candidates, but the hiring managers prefer someone in those countries so as not to incur relocation/sponsorship, plus the employees will know the local culture/market. Does anyone know of an agency in the Pac-Rim area that would work on contingency of 25% of first year's comp? Thanks, and Happy New Year!
