One of the best ways to finding qualified candidates within the automotive industry is to go where they gather online (and also participate in their forums as well). Some places that have forums, niche job boards and the like include: The Society of Automotive Engineers at http://www.sae.org/ (many industry forums, also a niche job board) Data Detroit at http://www.datadetroit.com/ (lots of resources) http://www.autojobs.com/ http://www.needtechs.com/ Bunches of sites at http://directory.google.com/Top/Business/Industries/Manufacturing/Automotive/Employment/Job_Search/ http://www.carforums.com/ might provide leads as well. One thing to consider as well is showcasing on your web site why your candidates would want to work for you. What is it that you offer that other firms don't? What's your selling points?
